An exciting summer ahead for Suji’s Korean Cuisine!

The Fancy Food Show is just around the corner, and this means a busy kickoff to the summer season for our client FDMR/Suji’s Korean Cuisine. Not only will Suji’s be sampling eight new products at the show, but Founder and Chief Inspirational Officer Suji Park will be a featured speaker and panelist there, addressing a topic she knows well – the foodservice industry. It’s been a busy year for Suji’s, as the brand expands across the U.S, and it’s showing no signs of slowing down any time soon. New retail accounts, expanded foodservice business and, coming in June, hard on the heels of their visit to the Big Apple, the team will be returning to Nebraska to cut the ribbon on the first Suji’s Korean Grill in Omaha, a national fast casual Korean restaurant chain with plans already in place to move East in the coming year.

Besides our delight in working with the great team of people she’s assembled, Suji herself is an inspiration to the women of MoJJo. She is a true visionary – an international entrepreneur who has built a career around her love of fine food. She’s founded no less than four separate businesses that provide cross-cultural flavors to today’s health-conscious consumers on both sides of the Pacific. Already well-established in Seoul and Tokyo with restaurants and retail offerings, her U.S.-based endeavor, Suji’s Korean Cuisine, is allowing Americans to experience the wonderful flavors of her native Korea.
