NSITE A Vision for Talent
Demonstrating that “differently-abled” is not “disabled”
NSITE retained MoJJo in 2022 to help in their work supporting low vision and blind individuals achieve their career goals. As a newly-established enterprise that offers training programs, job placement and career counseling for blind and low vision professionals, as well as provides services to help corporations achieve their DEIA goals, NSITE needed an array of marketing communications services that would get them in front of business’s HR and DEIA decision-makers, job talent, and government agencies providing training and rehabilitation services at the state level. In addition, NSITE has experienced extraordinary growth this past year and now offers an ever-expanding roster of training programs for workers who are seeking to break into (or back into) jobs in IT, finance, and HR and was eager to share this information with the blind/low vision communities.
Delivering Connections & More
With a communications strategy that encourages NSITE’s leadership team to share their passion for workplace equity, MoJJo has been successful in helping the organization forge new influencer relationships, leverage the power of multiple social media platforms to make connections and drive engagement, and create opportunities for the agency’s leadership team to address the challenges of DEIA goals in a 2023 post-COVID business environment and demonstrate NSITE’s visionary solutions via local and national organizations and media outlets.
