For both fervent and casual food lovers in the U.S.A, one of today’s hottest food trends is Korean cuisine. But to really experience the flavors of Korea, and not some westernized knock-off, it’s important to find authentic, natural versions of this traditional cooking. And that isn’t always easy.
Thankfully, that’s changing with the efforts of our new client, Suji’s Korean Cuisine, a line of all-natural, gluten-free, true-to-the-culture, refrigerated and frozen meals, and delicious one-step sauces.
The founder, Suji Park, is a well-known entrepreneur who has brought some of America’s favorite dishes (real deli food for example) to an appreciative audience in Korea and in Japan. She is now “returning the flavor,” bringing the taste of Korean home-cooking to America. Suji’s delicious mission is help people bond over shared meals and new culinary experiences.
We can testify to how really delicious these dishes are – we didn’t want to stop eating when we first sampled them! Savory Beef and Spicy Pork Bulgogi, Kimchi & Pork Bulgogi Rice Bowl, Beef Bibimbap Rice Bowl, and oh, those savory and spicy sauces. Yum!
Suji’s brand is expanding quickly, with distribution in regional Costcos and other grocery chains. As her line of foods makes their way across the U.S, MoJJo will be proud to help introduce it to America.
We are very happy to join “Team Suji” and the Suji’s Korean Cuisine family!
